Any violation may result in the suspension or termination of access to ChocolateyAI without prior notice.

2. Illegal and Unlawful Activities

Users may not use ChocolateyAI to engage in, promote, or facilitate any activity that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations, including but not limited to:

• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Distribution of malware, hacking, or any unauthorized access to systems.

3. Harmful or Dangerous Content

Users may not generate, request, or distribute content that:

• Promotes or incites violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Contains sexually explicit or harmful material.
• Is deceptive or misleading.
• Is otherwise harmful or dangerous.

4. Adult Content and Exploitation

ChocolateyAI prohibits the generation of content that:

• Contains explicit sexual content.
• Promotes or depicts violence or physical harm.
• Is related to or promotes illegal activities.

5. Misinformation and Manipulation

Users may not use ChocolateyAI to:

• Generate or spread false, misleading, or manipulated information with the intent to deceive.
• Create deepfakes or manipulated media that can be used for harm, fraud, or defamation.
• Impersonate individuals, businesses, or organizations.

6. Unauthorized Automated Use

Users may not:

• Use automated tools or scripts to access or interact with ChocolateyAI without authorization.
• Engage in bulk requests or data scraping without explicit permission.
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate rate limits or usage restrictions.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with ChocolateyAI's functionality.

7. Privacy Violations

Users may not:

• Access or attempt to access the accounts of others without authorization.
• Collect, store, or distribute personal, private, or sensitive data without consent.
• Engage in mass data scraping or AI-driven data harvesting.
• Use ChocolateyAI to generate or analyze personally identifiable information (PII) without authorization.

8. Circumventing Restrictions

Users must not:

• Attempt to bypass or circumvent any usage restrictions or rate limits.
• Use ChocolateyAI for any purpose that is not intended or designed to be used in a lawful manner.
• Attempt to bypass safety filters or other security measures within ChocolateyAI.
• Use external tools, scripts, or VPNs to evade restrictions or access blocked functionalities.
• Exploit ChocolateyAI for unauthorized commercial resale without approval.

9. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

• A warning or temporary restriction of access.
• Permanent suspension or termination of access.
• Legal action may be pursued for severe violations.
• Notification to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
